Our Deluxe 5 & Deluxe 10 Shopping Tours are ideal for groups of 25 adults or more for Fundraising!  Shop direct and save up to 55% on top brand name goods whilst you travel in comfort by coach visiting the warehouses of the manufacturers, wholesalers and importers.  Why pay retail?  If you are not fundraising and just want a fun day out of shopping we offer you a discounted price.

We offer you a high standard of service, comfortable vehicles (no school buses), professional and friendly hostess (no high pressure sales people) and a variety of meal options at quality meal venues.  You also get to choose the warehouses and factory outlets your group wishes to visit from our extensive list, some which the general public can't even enter unless you are on a shopping tour.

Prices below are based on a Melbourne Metropolitan pick up & return in 2010      Country groups please call for quotes from your area.

WHAT DATES DO YOU OPERATE?

We operate the Deluxe Tour for private groups Monday to Saturday from mid April to mid December and on the following Sundays: 12th September, 17th October & 14th November 2010.

TOUR INCENTIVES

Fundraisers - Receive up to 10% commission (Deluxe 10) and up to 5% commission (Deluxe 5) on your groups sales donated back to your organisation or charity.  ELIGIBILITY: 25+ Adults on tour, all day.

Fundraisers Guarantee - We GUARANTEE your group will raise a MINIMUM of $300 on tour,  if not, we'll make up the difference no questions asked.  This guarantee applies to a full day (Deluxe 10 tour only) with a minimum of 10 booked outlets.  ELIGIBILITY: 27+ Adults on tour, all day.

Free Seat on tour - As the group organiser your tour is absolutley FREE OF CHARGE for a job well done!  ELIGIBILITY: 26+ Adults on tour, all day.

Accommodation Voucher - Have your tour April to September or December and receive 1 Free Nights Accommodation for 2 at a Luxury City Hotel (Value $200) all as a thank you for organising your group tour with us.  ELIGIBILITY: 45+ Adults on tour, all day.

When does the Deluxe tour operate?
We operate our Deluxe Tour for groups (Minimum 25 Adults) Monday to Saturday from Mid April to Mid December each year as well as on the following selected Sundays: 12th September, 17th October & 14th November 2010.

What is included on the Deluxe tour?
Comfortable coach transport, experienced driver, friendly hostess, meal option/s, raffle tickets & prizes.  You will visit between 9 to 12 (or more) factory outlets.

How many people do I need to run a Deluxe tour?
We require a minimum of 25 Adults.  If you are unable to get a group together our Bargain Bus Tour would be more suited to you as there are no minimum numbers required for this tour.

When does the tour start and finish?
For a Melbourne Metropolitan pick up we suggest 8.00am and return by 6.30pm however times can be altered to suit your group.  Country groups please call us for times from your town.

Where do we meet the bus?
Melbourne Shopping will pick your group up from any location within Victoria that suits you.  Please call us for a quote from your area.

What meals and drinks are included?
We have B.Y.O, Pasta & Restaurant lunch options.  The Pasta and Restaurant lunch options include Bottomless Champagne throughout your meal.

Do we get to choose the factory outlets we want to visit?
Yes!  You get to choose the warehouses and factory outlets your group wishes to visit from our extensive list, some which the general public can't even enter unless you are on a shopping tour.  Once chosen we then prepare a detailed and timed itinerary for the day.

Are the discounts worthwhile?
You will be visiting the warehouses of the manufacturers, wholesalers and importers so you can expect to save a minimum of 20% off rrp up to 55% off rrp!

How many outlets do we visit in a day?
You will visit 9 to 12 factory outlets but often we visit many more on the day.

What incentives do we receive on the Deluxe tour?
You receive 1 Free Seat on Tour*, a $300.00 Fundraisers Guarantee* and the opportunity of receiving a 1 Free Nights Accommodation for 2 at a Luxury City Hotel* all as a thank you for organising your group tour with us. *Conditions Apply

Can I fundraise on the Deluxe tour?
Fundraising is our specialty.  We will donate up to 10% off your groups total sales plus we will sell raffle tickets on board the coach and you receive all the proceeds.  Please see our Deluxe 5 and Deluxe 10 Tour options above.

What if I don't want to fundraise?
If you are not fundraising we offer discounted prices with all the other inclusions as advertised.

5 EASY STEPS TO ORGANISE A STRESS-FREE TOUR

STEP 1. Read through the information provided and call our office if you require further clarification on our services.  Think about the tour options and date you are interested in for your tour.

STEP 2. Start preparing a list of the people you wish to approach/invite.

STEP 3. Prepare a flyer to distribute to your list. Cut and paste our Shopping tour Flyer.

HELPFUL HINTS

~ Contact everyone you know or are associated with by either: face to face, post, email and telephone or text message!  Tell each person to invite their friends, family, neighbours, work and sporting colleagues!

~ Put flyers up on notice boards, local supermarkets, restaurants, schools, clubs and shops...everywhere!

~ Place a notice or flyer in your newsletter, memos or local newspaper.

~ Distribute flyers via mail box drops.

STEP 4. When people show interest in attending your tour ensure you guarantee their committment by asking for an 'up-front' non-refundable deposit or better still...their full amount.  Don't forget to keep records of who has responded and have paid you.

STEP 5. Once your'e confident that you have a minimum of 25 Adults confirmed for your tour please complete your booking slip, sign and return to us with your $99.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
